Cleaners ruined my expensive coat- lied about it "My only two experiences with this cleaners was horrible. I thought they would do quality work since the line is always out the door. Not true. They do quantity. First they lost the belt to my flower girl dress. They did find it the next day. Then they ruined my leather coat. They have the nerve to say they specialize in suede and leather. The send it out to someone else. Then they told me all the damage was done to my coat when I dropped it off. And that they never touched it. This is after the leather cleaner brought it back one week later. I went in 20 days after dropping it off and they return it too me denying they ever attempted to clean it and would not give me contact info for the owner. They lied and insulted my integrity by denying all the damage they did to my $200+ coat. Don't go there!"
